Mr. and Mrs. Francis M. Frick started the ideal of providing low cost homes to families who could not afford to qualify though the standard procedures because of bad credit or lack of credit. His goals was to give everyone a house as long as they had a income whereas they could afford the monthly payment. The program he decided to use was the Lease to Own. Allowed families to pay a small monthly payment (lease/rent) each month as they contributed a second deposit (option) to purchase the home. At the same time locking in the sale prices of the home.

Today over 400 homes owners now have a home thanks to Mr. Frick.
